I've been eating a lot of Chinese food lately, and it's pretty much become my go-to meal almost every day. But recently, I've started noticing this weird burning sensation on my skin in different parts of my body. There's no redness or itching, though. I'm a 25-year-old woman and I'm a bit worried. What could be causing this burning feeling?
