Ive been experiencing this cold sensation on the left side of my brain and face quite a lot lately. It's starting to concern me, and I'm not sure what could be causing it. Is this something I should be worried about, or could it be related to something specific? I'd really appreciate your thoughts on this.

For almost two weeks now, I've been having trouble with my balance. It's making it hard for me to work. Whenever I move, I feel like my head gets heavy or light, and sometimes it's even like everything's spinning. Walking is really tough because I can't stay steady. I went to see an ENT doctor and took the medication they gave me for five days, but nothing's changed. How long does it usually take for these symptoms to go away, or do you think it could be something more than an ENT issue? I'm worried because this is affecting my job too. What should I do next?
