I'm 35 and I've been having this weird pain between my lungs and rib cage on the right side. There's this indentation under my right rib where the bone kind of sticks out, and now the deepest part on the left is starting to hurt too. It gets really bad when I cough, sneeze, or jump on a trampoline. This all started after I had a really bad lung cold a while ago, and even though it's been almost 10 years, I still get mucus every day and the cold feels like it's never completely gone. What could be going on with these symptoms?

Is it okay for my treatment to stop Ethambutol after just two months even though my chest X-ray is better and my doctor said to keep taking Isoniazid, Rifampicin, and Pyrazinamide? I mean, I didn't have positive sputum results or a Mantoux test, but my CT scan showed TB and I had a constant cough for a long time. I'm a bit worried about changing the meds too soon.

I'm having this cough issue for about 23 days now. It feels like my heart's going to jump out every time I cough, and it's always a dry cough with absolutely no spit. I'm starting to get really concerned. What could this all mean? Could it be something serious?
