I've been experiencing dreams every single day, and sometimes they get really scary. When I wake up from these, I feel so restless and tired, like I haven't slept at all. This has been happening since I was a kid, but after my dad passed away when I was 23, the dreams got much worse. He would often appear in my dreams and I would cry. Although it's not as intense now, I still have this issue with dreams every day, even if I take a nap during lunch. It affects me so much that I just feel exhausted all the time. I've never talked to a doctor about this before, but I'm starting to really worry. Could you please help me figure out what's going on?

It sounds like you may be experiencing vivid dreams or even sleep disturbances, which can be exacerbated by emotional stress, such as the loss of your father. This is quite common, and your restless feelings upon waking could be linked to disrupted sleep cycles. It might help to speak to a healthcare professional about this, as they can offer strategies or treatments to improve your sleep and emotional well-being.

View allI'm struggling with intimacy and it's impacting my relationship. My boyfriend believes I might be involved with colleagues or others, which isn't the case. I'm really unsure what to do next. Should I talk to a mental health professional or someone else about this? I could really use some advice.
Duonase nasal spray contains fluticasone and azelastine. Fluticasone is a corticosteroid, which can be immunosuppressive at high doses or prolonged use. However, the immunosuppressive effects of fluticasone are typically associated with systemic use, not topical nasal sprays. Using Duonase nasal spray for 5 months as directed is unlikely to significantly suppress the immune system or prevent HIV antibody production. It's essential to consult an HIV specialist or a healthcare professional for personalized advice on HIV testing and treatment. Please consult the product label or manufacturer's guidelines for specific information on Duonase nasal spray.

I've been prescribed petril beta 10 for my anxiety, and I'm wondering if it's safe to take it regularly and for a long period. If it's not recommended, are there any other medications for anxiety besides SSRIs? I've tried escitalopram and paroxetine before, but they make me feel really sedated.

I've been struggling with anxiety after my surgery and my mom is prone to panic attacks too. With the lockdown still going on, it's been really tough to manage. What can we do to cope with this at home?
While a complete and permanent cure for panic disorder is not always possible, various treatments can significantly reduce the frequency and severity of panic attacks. These include psychotherapy, particularly Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and in some cases, medication, along with lifestyle adjustments and stress management techniques.
