I've been experiencing hair loss from the center of my head, and it's definitely not a genetic issue. I've been using Navratna oil consistently for four years and have also been doing intense physical exercise to lose 28 kgs, while avoiding protein-rich foods. Could these habits be the reason for my hair loss? What treatments do you recommend?

View allI've had this allergy on my hand for about three months now. Initially, it seemed really small, so I didn't pay much attention to it, but recently it's grown quite big. Should I be worried about it? What steps can I take to treat it, and is it normal for it to have gotten this much worse over time?
It sounds like you may have developed a skin infection or a severe allergic reaction. I recommend using a topical corticosteroid cream like Betamethasone 0.1% twice a day on the affected area. Additionally, taking an oral antihistamine like Cetirizine 10mg once daily can help with itching and inflammation. It is important to keep the area clean and dry, and avoid scratching to prevent further irritation. If the condition does not improve or worsens, please seek medical attention for further evaluation and management.

I've noticed that the skin around my penis and testicles has turned red and it's really itchy. It seems like there's some kind of sticky liquid discharge too. I've never been sexually active, so I'm unsure about what's happening. Could this be an infection or something else, and what should I do about it?
Use an antifungal cream like Clotrimazole 1% twice a day on the affected area for 1-2 weeks. Keep the area clean and dry, and avoid wearing tight clothing. If the symptoms persist or worsen, please consult a healthcare professional for further evaluation and management.

I'm curious about laser treatment for Fordyce spots on the lips. How effective is it really? Also, I'm wondering about the healing time and the cost involved.
