I've been experiencing pain in my throat when I swallow for the past three days. I tried taking Azithromycin, but it hasn't made a difference. The pain is mostly on the left side of my throat. What could be causing this, and should I be concerned?

I'm worried about my mom. She keeps feeling like there's something stuck in her throat. It's not painful, and there aren't any visible lumps that we can see, but she does get some phlegm in the morning. She's already tried anti-allergy and gastric medicines based on the doctor's advice, but nothing seems to work. What else could it be, and what can we do to help her feel better?

That could be Mucosal congestion no need to worry consume warm foods and take warm fluids which will help.

I've been dealing with constant nose block and thick mucus that's causing ear blockage too. An ENT specialist recommended surgery for a deviated septum or extra bone growth in my nose, but I really want to avoid surgery if possible. Are there any effective non-surgical treatments that could help with this condition?

Yes, several non-surgical treatments can address a deviated septum and related symptoms like nasal blockage, thick mucus, and ear blockage. These include nasal sprays, allergy medications, nasal strips, nasal irrigations, humidifiers, and addressing underlying allergies or asthma. If non-surgical treatments are insufficient, surgery (septoplasty) may be considered
