I've been experiencing a really painful big boil in my right underarm that seems to come back every few months, like maybe every 3 to 4 months. It's really bothering me, and I'm worried about what might be causing it. Can you suggest any remedies or long-term solutions to prevent it from coming back?

View allI'm dealing with really sensitive skin and got a tan from being in the sea. Do you know any good creams or treatments that could help? I tried a carbon facial, but now my skin feels crazy dry, even though it used to be oily. Any advice on how to fix this?
For your sensitive and tanned skin, you can try using a topical corticosteroid cream like Hydrocortisone 1% cream to reduce inflammation and redness. Additionally, you can use a moisturizer containing Aloe Vera or Calamine lotion to soothe your skin and keep it hydrated. To address the dryness caused by the carbon facial, you can switch to a gentle, hydrating cleanser and use a non-comedogenic moisturizer like Cetaphil Moisturizing Cream. Make sure to apply sunscreen with at least SPF 30 before going out in the sun to prevent further damage.

I'm really struggling with dark lips and I've also got a bad tan on my face. I'm wondering if using Azederm 20 cream or kojivit cream would help with these issues. Can you recommend if these are good options for me or suggest some other creams that might work better?
Kojvit cream is advised.

I've been having this really annoying itching on my upper thighs and buttocks for the past four months. It gets so bad every day that it's causing rashes, and there seems to be a different layer forming on my skin. What could be causing this, and what can I do to treat it? I'm really looking for some advice to relieve this discomfort.
Probable diagnosis is fungal infection. Candid cream for local application is advised for 2 weeks, along with tab levocetrizine 10 mg orally, daily for 5 days is advised to the patient.
