I've been experiencing this slight breathlessness for the past few days, like I constantly need to take deep breaths every few seconds. Occasionally, there's also a mild pain in my chest. I saw a local doctor who thinks it might be Air Hunger, maybe from exertion or anxiety, and he suggested I try some energy boosters. I'm a little worried it might be something more serious. Should I be more concerned or is this something not too serious?

View allI've been dealing with mediastinal lymph node TB and found out through EBUS FNAC and Genexpert. I'm currently on a 5-month treatment and have gained about 9 kg since starting it. Lately, I've noticed something odd with my cough. I seem to cough around 30 to 40 times a day, but it hits me in these dry cough attacks. It'll start with maybe 7 to 8 back-to-back coughs, then I clear my throat, and it stops. This happens like 3 to 4 times a day. There's no mucus, just throat clearing. But it's strange because it doesn't mess with my sleep or anything. Could this be an allergy or is it something I should be worried about?

I'm really concerned about my dad; he's in the semi-ICU right now. Can anyone please guide me on what kind of food would be best for him since he's dealing with pneumonia? What kind of diet should we follow to help him get better?

I'm really worried as my part-time maid's son has been diagnosed with TB, and we just found out today. He's apparently had it for about two months, but the maid herself seems totally fine and hasn't shown any symptoms. She's been at our place for work during this time since we didn't know, but should we be worried about being at risk? Weve been okay so far. Also, her son started with a watery cough just yesterday, not coughing up blood or anything, but can someone catch TB and only start showing symptoms way later, like in months or even years?
Patient is advised to continue ATT for 6 months.
