I've been experiencing some breathing problems and chest pain, and sometimes I have a blocked nose too which makes it hard to breathe. Also, I've started having some back pain. I'm a bit worried because my x-ray results show I have a lung nodule. I'm applying to be a public teacher, and I don't have any pain or issues in my lung area, and I rarely cough. From what I know, a nodule isn't a communicable disease, so do you think I can still get a fit-to-work clearance?

Patient is advised bronchoscopy,FNAC and biopsy of the nodule for further management.Nodule biopsy is sent for cytology,micoscopy and AFB .Kindly review with the reports.
