I've been experiencing some breathing problems and chest pain, and sometimes I have a blocked nose too which makes it hard to breathe. Also, I've started having some back pain. I'm really curious about something. I quit smoking in February, and since then, whenever I clear my throat with a lot of effort, I notice dark particles in my phlegm. Patient is advised tab augmentin 625 mg ,orally, thrice daily for 7 days, tab levocetrizine 10 mg bedtime for 5 days and syrup salbutamol 10 ml thrice dailly for 7 days .
