I've been dealing with strep throat for the past two years, and it keeps coming back almost every month. My tonsils get those white and yellow patches, and I also notice small bumps at the back of my tongue. Meds help for a bit, but it never really goes away. I'm having this ongoing burning sensation in my left ear, and it's been about 15 days since it started. It seems to have gotten worse after I had a cold and cough. There's no pain, just a really extreme burning feeling. What could this be, and should I be worried?
