I've been experiencing some issues with my voiceits not coming out clearly and there's a bit of hoarseness. I visited an ENT specialist, and they mentioned something about a phonatory gap being the cause. I'm really keen to know, is there a permanent solution for this? Any advice would be appreciated.

I've been dealing with strep throat for the past two years, and it keeps coming back almost every month. My tonsils get those white and yellow patches, and I also notice small bumps at the back of my tongue. Meds help for a bit, but it never really goes away. Would getting my tonsils removed be a permanent fix for this?
tonsilectomy is advised .

I'm having this ongoing burning sensation in my left ear, and it's been about 15 days since it started. It seems to have gotten worse after I had a cold and cough. There's no pain, just a really extreme burning feeling. What could this be, and should I be worried?
