I've been experiencing some itching on the middle finger of my left hand, and it's also quite dry. I'm really curious and a bit worried about what might be causing this. Can you tell me what this could be so I can look it up online and figure out how to treat it? I've included some pictures to help.

View allI'm really worried because my face and neck are a lot darker than the rest of my body. I've also got these dark spots on my face, especially on both sides of my forehead, which are even darker. I recently started using a sunscreen with SPF 50, but it hasn't made any difference. I used to play outside in the sun a lot around 4 years ago, and I wonder if that's what's causing this. What can I do to fix this? I'm really looking for some advice on how to lighten these areas and get rid of the dark spots.
continue same treatment.

I've been dealing with these annoying acne-like bumps on my hips and the back of my thighs. They don't bother me all the time, but when they do, they can be really itchy and painful. After some Googling, I think it might be folliculitis. I'm already on Isotretinoin for the acne on my face, and my lipid and liver function tests are normal. Do you have any suggestions for an ointment or something that could help with this?
Candid cream for local application for 7 days, tab flucanozole 1 tablet once a week for 2 weeks is advised for your fungal infection. And for follicullitis u can take tablet Augmentin duo 625 mg thrice daily for 5 days lastly for acne Clinsol gel is advised to the patient for 3 weeks, if any side-effects kindly consult dermatologist.

I have this 12 inch bump on my nose that just won't go away. I usually don't have acne-prone skin, but my nose pores tend to get clogged and form these flesh-tone bumps. Normally they're not a big deal, but one of them turned into this huge red bump that's really painful. It started with a lot of pain and now it's just a bump with blood and some clear fluid, but no pus. I've tried everything I can think of and it's still there. Any ideas on what this could be or how I can make it go away?
Sounds like you may be dealing with a stubborn cyst or abscess on your nose. In such cases, a topical antibiotic ointment like Neosporin can help prevent infection and promote healing. You can apply it to the affected area twice a day. Additionally, warm compresses can help reduce inflammation and promote drainage. If the bump does not improve or if you develop fever or worsening pain, it's important to see a healthcare provider for further evaluation and possible drainage.
