I've been experiencing some itching in the vaginal hairy area, and it's sort of like wrinkles. I've tried using Quadraline and Cosvate G, but I haven't noticed any improvement. What could be causing this, and what should I do next?

I've been dealing with Keratosis Pilaris on my upper arms for a few years now, and it feels like it's getting worse lately. I've been worried ever since I used Betnovat for a month or two last year and then stopped when I found out it could be harmful. A couple of weeks after I quit, I noticed these bumps showing up and now my skin is really sensitive and dry. Do you think these are side effects from Betnovat, and if they are, will my skin eventually recover? How long might it take for everything to get back to normal? I've started using Cetaphil cleanser and Physiogel cream, but I'm not totally sure if any of this is related to Betnovat. Could you advise on this?
