I've been experiencing some late-night wheezing that lasts for a bit. It usually gets better after I use ginger honey, but I'm curious about what's causing it. I don't have a history of asthma, although my sister does. Could there be a connection? Should I be worried about this?

I'm a bit confused about the steam from nebulizers. I recently got the Dr. Trust nebulizer, and it gives off cold steam. Isn't the steam supposed to be hot? The evaporation of the medicine seems to work fine according to the manual, but I'm still concerned if this is normal. Could you help clarify this for me?

For a nebulizer like Dr. Trust, the steam provided should be a fine, cool mist, not hot steam, as cool mist is more comfortable to inhale and helps prevent irritation to the airways, so the cold steam produced by your nebulizer is appropriate and effective for delivering medication.

I've been dealing with a coughing issue over the past week, and it's really getting out of hand, especially at night. It's making it hard to sleep because there's also this white mucus that keeps coming up from my throat. I'm considering taking a cough expectorant, but I'm not sure if that's the best move. What do you think? Should I try medication, or is there something else I should do?

I'm reaching out because I've been having some troubles and could really use some advice. I don't have a cough at all, but I've been putting a lot of effort into trying to bring up sputum, and thankfully, I've never seen blood in it. I'm not a smoker, but I do experience acidity problems. After taking Theo-Asthalin tablets for the past three days, I'm now feeling a heaviness in my chest. Could you help me understand what's going on and suggest what might be helpful for me?

take tablet mucinac twice a day for 5 days
