I've been experiencing this strange issue where during the night, a water-like fluid seems to drip out of my nose, and it's been happening for the past three months. Along with this, I've also been dealing with a persistent cough. I'm starting to get worried and wonder what might be causing this. Could this be something serious or just a common problem that will go away on its own? Any insights or advice would be really appreciated.

View allI have a deviated septum and my ENT doctor recommended surgery after seeing my CT scan but said it's optional and up to me to decide. My main issues are one nostril always being blocked, post nasal drip causing cough, and tinnitus. Right now I manage with cetirizine but I'm not sure if I should go for surgery. What factors should I consider when deciding? My CT scan shows the deviation but I'm worried about recovery and whether it'll actually help my symptoms long-term.
