I've been experiencing this weird fluttering sound in my ear for the past two days, but it only happens when I use my earphones or talk on the phone. The strange part is that it's in the opposite ear from the one I'm using. What could this be? Should I be concerned?

I've had these white pimples or spots on the back wall of my throat for a week now, and there's no pain. Initially, I felt a mild tingling when eating dry or condensed foods, but that's gone awayjust the spots remain. I saw an ENT and was prescribed Sompraz L, Sucrale O, and montelukast. I was just wondering when it's safe to start smoking again after having a tonsillectomy. I'm on day 11 of my recovery and I'm feeling way better, with almost no pain now. I even stopped taking pain meds three days ago. Any advice?
