I've been experiencing this weird thing where if I shake my head really hard, I feel this sharp pain on the left side. It's strange because it doesn't happen any other time, just when I do this. Should I be worried about it? Any idea what could be causing this?

I'm really worried about my dad. He's been having a lot of trouble remembering daily stuff, like whether he had tea or took a bath. Lately, he's even started forgetting things from way back, like my grandfather passing away 15 years ago. We saw a neurologist, and they think it might be a form of dementia. My dad's cardiologist prescribed him Somazina Plus. Do you think that's helpful? What should we do next in terms of treatment or care?

I'm feeling a kind of tingling sensation and sometimes even a numb feeling on the left side of my upper lip. Is this something I should be concerned about, or is it common? What could be causing this?

I got all sorts of tests done, like CBC, HIV, typhoid, and malaria, and they all came back normal. However, I recently found out my Vitamin B12 is pretty low at 140, so I've started taking medicine and injections for that. But what I'm really worried about is what's causing this burning sensation in those areas. Can you help figure out what's going on?
