I've been feeling a bit worried lately. I got back to my hometown from Pune on March 11th and I've been really careful, keeping my distance from people and not going out since March 20th. But on the night of March 29th, around 11 PM, I started coughing. It's been a couple of days now and the cough isn't getting worse or better, just staying the same. Sometimes I feel like I need to take a deep breath, but it usually passes after a few seconds. Do you think I might have coronavirus?

View allI'm a bit worried because last week I started having watery eyes and sneezing, but no cough at that time. The sneezing and watery eyes stopped a couple of days ago, and now I've developed a cough. The thing is, it's not like a regular coughit's neither wet nor dry, and it doesnt happen all the time. My oxygen levels are usually around 98, but they've dropped to 96, 97, and 96. When I lie down, it even goes to 93, 94, and 95. Should I consider getting an X-ray? Also, I have a history of GERD problems. What do you suggest?

The report mentioned something about small granulomata near the right second rib and the right hilum being slightly retracted upwards. Could this be something serious, and what should I do next?
