I've been feeling this bruising pain under my chin for a couple of days and now there's a lump there that's hard and doesn't move. It feels like it's attached to my chin bone and is around 15 cm long. I'm also experiencing some pain under my left ear, but I haven't noticed any lump there. Should I be concerned about this? What could it possibly be?

I've had a sore throat for about 3 weeks now and initially, there was some pain and an uncomfortable feeling. I used to smoke but haven't smoked for the last 3 weeks.
