I've been feeling this bruising pain under my chin for a couple of days and now there's a lump there that's hard and doesn't move. It feels like it's attached to my chin bone and is around 15 cm long. I'm also experiencing some pain under my left ear, but I haven't noticed any lump there. Should I be concerned about this? What could it possibly be?

View allI'm dealing with some heaviness in my head and neck and my ear's in pain too, plus Ive got these breathing issues. A couple of weeks ago, I was in an Ola cab and felt chilly, then got rashes. The coconut oil and camphor helped the rashes, but now I've got ear pain and a sense of heaviness in the back of my head. My GP gave me anti-allergic meds that didnt quite help, so I saw an Orthopaedic doctor who checked my vitamin D and B12 levels and prescribed more meds, including anti-allergic ones like Telekast. After a few days, I wasnt feeling much better, so I went to an ENT doctor who did some thyroid and CBC tests along with three different ear tests. Everything looked okay except for a blocked tube between my ear and nose. Now I've got 15 days of meds and exercises to do. I remember having similar issues a few months ago after applying hair dye, but they eventually went away. Im just not experiencing much relief this time. What else can I do?

My mom had surgery for follicular neoplasm thyroiditis and now her voice sounds weak and unclear. Should she rest her voice or try to speak more to recover? Also, is there any risk of cancer after this type of surgery?

I've been dealing with ear problems for the past 5 years and have seen multiple doctors but still no improvement. My hearing loss is around 50db in both ears. What treatment options would you recommend? If surgery is the best route, could you suggest some good hospitals? And if non-surgical treatments are better, what kind of treatments should I consider? I'm 27 years old and really want to find a solution that works.
You may need further evaluation for ear issues; both surgical and hearing aids are options—visit a tertiary ENT center.
