I've been feeling this bruising pain under my chin for a couple of days and now there's a lump there that's hard and doesn't move. It feels like it's attached to my chin bone and is around 15 cm long. I'm also experiencing some pain under my left ear, but I haven't noticed any lump there. Should I be concerned about this? What could it possibly be?

View allI'm dealing with a dry throat and it's been happening for a few days now. I think the monsoon is triggering my allergies or something, and it feels like I've got some mucus stuck in there. The past two nights have been rough because I can't seem to sleep wellthe air from the AC dries out my mouth. Is it safe to take Montair LC and Alex syrup together for a few days? My doctor suggested Montair LC, but I haven't started it yet since I was hoping the issue would clear up on its own.
Thas due to allergy, try to avoid the triggering factor and maintain healthy life style, and also yes you can take Montair Lc daily night one tablet as suggested by your doctor

I'm really worried because I've noticed a small amount of blood in my mouth. It happens when I clear my throat from water, and I see it mixed with saliva when I spit. Another time, I felt the same when I bent down to touch my feet while standing. I don't smoke or drink, and I'm a 29-year-old male, 5.7ft tall, weighing 67 kg. What could be causing this?
That coul be capillary bleed no need to worry its negligible,if its quantity ir frequency is increasing visit ENT doctor for evaluation and management.

I've been noticing something a bit off with my throat lately. One of my tonsils is bigger than the other, and though it's really swollen, it doesn't hurt. It has holes in it, and every now and then I notice these small white stone-like things coming out that smell pretty bad. On top of that, my throat has these red bumps that just won't go away. And when I swallow, it feels like there's something on the side with the swollen tonsil. Could this be serious, like tonsil cancer? Should I be thinking about getting my tonsils removed? I'm really worried and would appreciate some guidance on what this might be.
It sounds like you may be experiencing symptoms of tonsillitis with tonsil stones. Tonsillitis can cause one tonsil to be larger than the other, along with swelling, holes, and the presence of white stones that emit a foul odor. The red bumps on the wall of your throat may be related to the inflammation in the area. The sensation of something being present when you swallow could be due to the swollen tonsil. I recommend you start with a course of antibiotics to treat the infection. Use a throat gargle like Chlorhexidine mouthwash to help with the symptoms. If the symptoms persist or worsen, further evaluation by an ENT specialist may be necessary.
