I've been feeling this bruising pain under my chin for a couple of days and now there's a lump there that's hard and doesn't move. It feels like it's attached to my chin bone and is around 15 cm long. I'm also experiencing some pain under my left ear, but I haven't noticed any lump there. Should I be concerned about this? What could it possibly be?

I'm dealing with post nasal drip and allergies for the last couple of months and things got worse when I flew recently. During landing, I felt this terrible pain in my ears like they might burst. The ear pain faded by the next day, but now I'm having trouble with a pain in the right side of my Adam's apple when I swallow. There aren't any other symptoms. I'm feeling some discomfort in my ear and chest, which has been going on for the past couple of days.
