I've been feeling this cramp in my upper left abdomen for a few days now, and I had an ultrasound that didn't show anything wrong. Lately, there's this tingling sensation in my left chest. It doesn't hurt, but it's really annoying and just comes and goes. It's not happening at any set times, but it's still concerning me. As a smoker, should I be worried about this?

View allI've had stage 3 hemorrhoids and SRUS diagnosed by colonoscopy back in August 2019. They weren't painful before but for the past month, I've been getting sharp stabbing pains during bowel movements and even at rest. Oxerutin isn't helping much. Should I get another colonoscopy to check on the hemorrhoids and SRUS or try natural remedies first? Also, is it safe to split the Oxerutin pill into thirds since I can't swallow it whole?
This condition may require clinical evaluation to determine the exact cause and treatment. Some cases can be managed conservatively, while others may need surgical intervention depending on size, symptoms, and severity. Regular follow-up is important to monitor progress.

I've been feeling pretty rough with some nausea and fever on and off. I just got my test results back, and my bilirubin levels are showing a total of 1.3 with direct at 0.4 and indirect at 0.9. My SGPT is at 21.8 and SGOT at 25.9. Does this mean I have jaundice? I'm a bit worried and could really use some advice on how to manage my bilirubin levels.

Can hepatitis B be cured totally?
Most adults with hepatitis B recover fully, even if their signs and symptoms are severe. Infants and children are more likely to develop a chronic (long-lasting) hepatitis B infection. A vaccine can prevent hepatitis B, but there's no cure if you have the condition.
