I've been feeling this heaviness in my chest for a few days now, and it gets more noticeable when I eat. It's not affecting my breathing or swallowing, but I also have this ticklish sensation deeper in my neck that gargling hasn't helped with. Could this be something I should worry about?

I'm really worried because I've had HH for the last 10 years and been on medication, specifically nexpre 20 plain, every day and it's been manageable.
