I've been feeling my heart beat really fast and strong lately. Sometimes, I can even hear it pounding in my ears. Is this something I should be worried about? Could it be dangerous? I'm just not sure what's going on and would love some advice.

View allI'm really confused about what the normal blood pressure value is supposed to be. I've read online that it's 12080, but then I've also heard from doctors that 14090 is normal, and some even say up to 160100 isn't a problem. I'm really anxious about this and just want to know what the actual normal range for blood pressure is.
It depends on age But. < or =14090 is ok

I'm noticing that my blood pressure readings are different in each arm. The left side shows 90160, while the right is 80125. Could you tell me which one is correct? Also, my lipid and sugar levels are normal, and I feel okay when I walk around, but I still feel anxious. What should I do?
It is recommended to consider the blood pressure reading from the right hand (80125) as it is lower and more accurate. To manage anxiety, you can take a medication such as lorazepam (Ativan) 0.5mg as needed. Make sure to follow up with your healthcare provider for further evaluation and management.

I'm really worried because ever since I had COVID, my pulse rate has been around 100 and I've been experiencing palpitations. My doctor suggested I get an echocardiogram done, and I've attached the report here. Can you tell me if everything looks normal? I'm particularly concerned about the mention of trivial tricuspid regurgitationdoes that need treatment?
Trivial TR is a normal finding in healthy heart. Your echo is normal. Post covid palpitations are also seen in many patients. However if the symptoms are severe enough, you may need some medication.
