I've been feeling pretty rough with a cold and flu, plus my nose won't stop running, and swallowing is really hard. I also have hay fever, so I'm kinda worried if that's making everything worse. Could this be something more than just a cold? What should I do to feel better?

I'm really concerned because I had a fever in the morning, and after I took some medicine, it went away. But then it came back again in the afternoon and at night. Is this normal, or should I be worried about this recurring fever? Would you suggest anything different I should try or maybe a specific kind of medicine?

It sounds like you may be experiencing a recurring fever. To help manage your symptoms, you can take Acetaminophen (Tylenol) 500mg every 4-6 hours as needed to reduce the fever. Make sure to stay hydrated and get plenty of rest. If the fever persists or worsens, it is important to consult with a healthcare professional for further evaluation and management.

I've been dealing with this body heat issue for the past three months. My palms and hands are hot almost all day, and when I touch any part of my body, it feels warm. My temperature hovers around 98-98.6 degrees, and I'm also getting headaches about 1-2 times a week. It's starting to worry me. Can you help?

It sounds like you may be experiencing symptoms of hyperthyroidism, which can cause increased body heat, sweating, and hand tremors. Headaches can also be a symptom of this condition. I recommend consulting with a healthcare professional for further evaluation and management.
