I've been feeling really feverish and exhausted lately, but every time I measure my temperature, it shows as normal. I'm a bit confused about what could be causing this. Could there be a reason for these symptoms even if my temperature is okay? What should I consider checking or doing next?

Sometimes, when an infection is beginning, your body might feel feverish and fatigued, even before fever. might due to stress heavy work load or sometimes due hormonal changes

I'm feeling kind of giddy and faint since yesterday. My blood pressure from our home machine reads 103 over 65 and my pulse is 91. I'm also taking care of a one-year-old and not getting enough sleep, waking up frequently. Could these symptoms be related to the lack of sleep, and are my blood pressure and pulse readings considered normal?
Your symptoms of giddiness and fainting feeling could be related to your low blood pressure of 10365. The dizziness may also be exacerbated by lack of proper sleep due to taking care of your one-year-old baby. It is important to stay well-hydrated and ensure you are eating regularly to help maintain your blood pressure. To address the dizziness, you can try increasing your salt intake slightly and lying down with your legs elevated when you feel dizzy. Additionally, you can consider taking medication like Fludrocortisone at a dose of 0.1-0.2 mg daily to help raise your blood pressure. It is important to monitor your blood pressure regularly and consult with a healthcare provider for further evaluation and management.
