I've been feeling really feverish and exhausted lately, but every time I measure my temperature, it shows as normal. I'm a bit confused about what could be causing this. Could there be a reason for these symptoms even if my temperature is okay? What should I consider checking or doing next?

I'm really struggling right nowI can't eat anything and have a really bad cough. To make matters worse, Ive got a fever too. Im only managing to drink a little bit of fluids. What should I do?
