I've been feeling really weak and fatigued for the past week, along with more hair loss and burning sensations in my hands and legs. I also have constant headaches, poor memory, and trouble sleeping deeply just restless sleep with bad memories. I was diagnosed with B12 deficiency a month ago and took Subneoro for 10 days after my piles laser surgery. My CBC is normal, no iron deficiency, and calcium levels are good too. Are all these symptoms just from B12 deficiency or could there be something else going on?

I'm really worried about my dad. He's been having a lot of trouble remembering daily stuff, like whether he had tea or took a bath. Lately, he's even started forgetting things from way back, like my grandfather passing away 15 years ago. We saw a neurologist, and they think it might be a form of dementia. My dad's cardiologist prescribed him Somazina Plus. Do you think that's helpful? What should we do next in terms of treatment or care?

I've been dealing with this constant tingling in my hands and feet for about 45 days, and sometimes my arms ache too. It's been tough to figure out what's going on, and I haven't been able to find a way to make it stop. Any guidance or thoughts on what could be causing this?
