I've been feeling really weak lately, and my legs and back start to ache if I stand for more than thirty minutes. I also think my immunity might be low. My latest tests say my Vitamin B12 is at 142 and my Vitamin D3 is 13.4. I'm wondering if I should consider getting injections for both. What would you recommend?

View allIs it okay to use Evion Vitamin E cream regularly for my daughter's skin? I've noticed it makes her skin really smooth, so I'm wondering if it's safe to keep using it on a daily basis?

Is Vaseline good for face?
Vaseline is a Petroleum Jelly based moisturiser. As long as the person is not allergic to Vaseline they can apply it to the face but in very limited quantities to prevent blockage of pores and Acne.

I've been experiencing some really uncomfortable itching between my legs, near my private area. It started a few days ago and has spread a bit. Sometimes the urge to scratch becomes hard to resist, but it only makes things worse. I've been using moisturizer and Boroline antiseptic cream, and I wash the area regularly with soap. Could you recommend a cream to help with this and any precautions I should be taking? Also, is there something I'm doing wrong with my current routine?
Based on your description, it sounds like you may be experiencing a fungal infection in the groin area, also known as jock itch. To treat this, I recommend using an antifungal cream such as Clotrimazole cream twice a day for 2-4 weeks. Additionally, you should keep the area clean and dry, wear loose-fitting cotton underwear, and avoid sharing towels or clothing with others to prevent spreading the infection.
