I've been feeling really weak lately, and my legs and back start to ache if I stand for more than thirty minutes. I also think my immunity might be low. My latest tests say my Vitamin B12 is at 142 and my Vitamin D3 is 13.4. I'm wondering if I should consider getting injections for both. What would you recommend?

View allI'm really concerned about a new mole I found behind my left ear. I saw a dermatologist and she told me its not cancerous, thankfully. She gave me a mole removal cream, and I've been using it for a few days now. It looks like it's getting smaller, which is a relief, but it barely itches. Im still worried if there's any risk of cancer. Also, if it completely fades away, should I still be worried down the line?
Thats unusual, visit General Physician for appropriate approach.and maintain balanced diet and healthy lifestyle

Ive been taking this tablet for my hair fall, but now I've started noticing that my weight is going up. Why am I gaining weight? Could the medication be causing this?
Please consult yr dermatologist for that.

I've got a lump between my thumb and index finger from an injury I got while playing cricket. A ball smacked right into my thumb, jamming it pretty hard, which left my hand swollen for over a week. The swelling finally went down, but now there's this hard lump in the webbing that still really hurts even with just a slight touch. It's been more than a year and I've tried icing it, but there's been no improvement. What should I do?
orthopedic opinion is advised to the patient.
