I've been feeling some pain where I got my injection, it's in my left hip area. Can you help me understand why this is happening and what I should do about it?

The pain in your left hip area, where you received an injection, could be due to inflammation, infection, or muscle soreness; apply ice packs to reduce swelling

View allI have a high grade partial ACL tear with grade 2 signal intensity in the posterior horn of my medial meniscus and a grade 2 LCL sprain. I'm unsure if I need surgery my main goal is to walk normally, cycle, and run without restrictions. I don't want to feel limited, but I'll do surgery if it's absolutely necessary. Can you help me understand if surgery is the only way to get back to normal?
It's understandable to want to know if surgery is the only path to your desired recovery goals. For a high-grade partial ACL tear, a grade 2 medial meniscus tear, and a grade 2 LCL sprain, surgery is not always necessary for full recovery and returning to activities like walking, cycling, and running, according to HSS. However, your specific situation and individual factors will determine the best course of action

I'm 16 and have knock knees is there any way to fix this without surgery? I'm worried about how it looks and if it might cause problems later. What exercises or treatments could help straighten my knees naturally?
Yes, it's possible to improve the appearance and function of knock knees without surgery, especially at your age. Strengthening exercises, physiotherapy, and potentially bracing can help realign your knees and strengthen supporting muscles.

I've been looking into limb lengthening surgery to increase height and heard doctors prescribe bone growth medication during the process. Since the surgery involves breaking the bone and letting it regrow in the gap, I'm wondering if taking those same medications without surgery could still help bones grow and increase height naturally. I'm 39 years old is that even possible at my age?
No medicine can increase your height without surgery. If you are determined to increase your height then you have to go with limb lengthening surgery. But I also warn you it is not a easy surgery and chance of post operative pain and complications are high
