I've been feeling something unusual under my tongue on the left side, and it's noticeable especially when I swallow. Its been there for a while. Along with that, I've got this persistent cough, but weirdly, there's no cold or other symptoms. I'm just trying to figure out what might be going on. Any ideas?

I'm really struggling with a chronic dry cough that's been bothering me for 23 years now. I have these intense coughing fits and throat irritation at least 10 times a day, and it's really getting to me mentally and even makes my muscles hurt. I don't smoke or drink and my chest X-ray was all clear. They've found DNS and sinusitis through a nasal endoscopy, and I can't help but wonder if they're causing the chronic cough. I've tried meds for GERD and allergies, and while cough medicine helps a bit, the cough always comes back just as strong. Could you please share some insights because I'm really at a loss here?

Should I be concerned about this cough, and do you think it might be linked to my sinus problem? What could be causing this, and how can I find some relief?

Your persistent dry cough, especially while speaking and breathing, despite no recent cold or fever, may be related to your underlying sinus issues, potentially triggering postnasal drip, acid reflux, or irritation of the throat and airways, so consult an ear, nose, and throat (ENT) specialis

I'm experiencing this ear pain in my right ear, specifically around the tragus area, and it only hurts when I touch it or sleep on that side. The doctor recommended Cetraxal online because of the COVID situation and mentioned it might be an ear infection. I've been using the medicine for a day, but there's no relief yet. I've had earwax issues a couple of times before, many years back. Could this be due to earwax again, or is it really an infection?
