I've been feeling weak for about a month now. Even after something simple like climbing stairs or a bit of exercise, my heart rate goes up and I just feel exhausted. My appetite seems fine, so I'm wondering if it might be a vitamin or mineral deficiency or something. I also had a cough a while back that lasted over a month, and Ive been feeling this weakness ever since. What could be going on here?

I'm really worried about my husband. He's got a fever, and he's also dealing with a cough and cold. Yesterday, we gave him Dolo 650 and chest on cold meds. Do you think that's enough, or should we be doing something else? Do we need to see a doctor in person, or is there anything else we could try at home?
