I've been on Flagyl 400 for the past three days after my gastroenterologist prescribed it, but now my sore throat's gotten worse, especially when I eat. Could this be because of the Flagyl? What should I do about the sore throat?

My ultrasound pointed to a fatty liver, and my blood work showed that my levels are a bit off: SGOT is 138, SGPT is 245, GGT is 138, and alkaline phosphatase is 117. Plus, my globulin level is at 3.5. What could be causing these issues?
