I've been getting different answers about how long a tetanus vaccine lasts. Some folks say it's good for 6 months, while others claim it's just 3 months. Can you give me a clear answer on this? I'm really unsure and would love some straightforward guidance.

I also had a fever for a couple of days, but that's gone away. Should I be worried about these symptoms, and is there anything specific I should do to start feeling better?

I'm really worried because after giving Dolo 650, the fever comes back within just 3 hours and it's reaching 40.2C. Can we actually give another dose that soon, especially since it's dengue? It seems to lower to 102F but then spikes right back up. What should we do?

I've been getting a fever at night after feeling cold for the past couple of days, but it seems to go away by morning. Is this something I should be worried about? What could be causing it? Would love to get some insight into what's going on.
You may be experiencing viral syndrome, or developing a viral fever. If your fever is high grade (above 100 degrees Fahrenheit), and associated with chills, you may need to undergo a blood test to rule out diseases like malaria and denggue. Drink plenty of fluids and take sufficient rest.
