I've been getting these reddish spots on the head of my penis and under the foreskin for the last couple of months. They're not really itchy, but they do feel uncomfortable. I've tried cleaning with lukewarm water and Savlon, and even used Quadriderm RF cream, but nothing seems to help. What could this be, and can you suggest some medication or treatment that might work better?

I've been using minoxidil and procapil for my hair loss, but my hair's been really dry lately, and I'm worried it might be making the hair loss worse. Is it okay if I use hair oil along with these treatments? Could the dryness be contributing to the hair issue?
Yes .

I've been using Betnovate N for quite a while now, and I've noticed my face has gotten a lot darker. I'm really worried and I've started using sunscreen, but I'm not sure if that's enough. Do you have any advice on how to brighten my skin again? Also, I've heard about PRP therapydo you think it might help in this situation?
While PRP therapy can be helpful for overall skin rejuvenation, it may not be a quick fix for pigmentation caused by long-term steroid use. It is best to focus on a brightening skincare routine with ingredients like Vitamin C, niacinamide, and retinoids, along with regular sun protection. If your pigmentation persists, laser treatments or other professional treatments may be helpful. Ultimately, its crucial to consult with a dermatologist to receive tailored advice and treatments
