I've been given doxycycline and lactic acid bacillus for my acne and I'm really unsure about how many capsules I'm supposed to take each day. Could you help me understand the right dosage and the best times to take them?

View allI'm dealing with moderate acne and hyperpigmentation, and my skin type is combination and acne-prone. I'm wondering if an azelaic acid suspension would be more effective for me as a gel or cream. I've tried tretinoin before, but it always causes breakouts. Right now, I'm using a 10% niacinamide serum from Minimalist, followed by aloe vera gel and tea tree oil as a moisturizer. Can you recommend something that might work better for me, other than tretinoin and isotretinoin?

I've had this lump on my forehead for a couple of months now, and I think it might need a little incision to get rid of it. Should I be seeing a dermatologist for this, or would a general physician be better? I'm not really sure who to go to, and I just want to make sure I'm doing the right thing.
-It's best to consult a dermatologist for the lump on your forehead, as they specialize in skin-related issues and can determine if it requires removal. If needed, they can guide you on the next steps for treatment.
