I've been having this on-and-off pain in the lower right side of my abdomen, kind of just above the penis area, and it seems like it's coming from the right testicle area. It's been really worrying me. What could this be? Should I be concerned about something serious?

View allI'm a bit worried because I used to have random and morning erections, which I assumed were normal, but for the past month they've stopped completely. I also feel like my sex drive has really decreased. Is this something I should be concerned about, or could it be a normal phase?
It's not uncommon for sexual drive and erections to fluctuate due to factors like stress, lifestyle changes, or hormonal imbalances. However, if youve noticed a persistent decrease in libido and erectile function, it might be helpful to consult a healthcare provider to rule out any underlying issues like hormonal imbalances or other health conditions.

I'm taking Clonil 25 mg and Nano Leo sachets for premature ejaculation and erectile dysfunction. Is this a good combo or should I be worried? What do you think?
Clonil (25 mg) and Nano Leo are sometimes used to manage premature ejaculation and erectile dysfunction, as they may help with mood and nerve function. However, it's important to consult with your doctor to ensure the treatment is appropriate for your specific condition and to address any potential side effects or interactions with other medications.
