I've been having back pain for a few months and an ultrasound showed a 10x9mm cortical cyst in my right kidney's lower pole - should I be worried about this? Do I need surgery for something this size or can it be managed without an operation?

Undergo CT scan with contrast to find out if cyst is complex or not . If complex u may require surgery but I’m not complex nothing to worry. Ultrasound can also specify simple cyst if done by good radiologist

I've been married for a year and a half, and I'm having trouble with penetration even when I'm erect. My wife is getting wet enough, but whenever we try, I just can't penetrate. What's going on, and how can we fix this?
This could be due to a condition called **vaginismus** (involuntary tightening of the vaginal muscles) or psychological factors like performance anxiety. I recommend consulting a doctor to evaluate both partners, as this can often be treated with counseling, exercises, or therapy. Youre not alone in thishelp is available.

I've got a 5.6mm stone in my right kidney and it's causing a lot of pain. It's really uncomfortable and on top of that, I'm dealing with gastric problems. What should I do? Could you recommend some good doctors for consultation? I'm worried about how to manage the pain and these digestive issues. What possible treatments are there?
For a 5.6mm kidney stone, consider consulting a urologist or a nephrologist, and given your severe pain and gastric issues, it's essential to seek immediate medical attention from a specialist, such as a urologist, at a reputable hospital or clinic, like Apollo,
