I've been having a burning sensation in my uterus and some occasional pain in my abdominal area. Local doctors are divided some say I need surgery while others think it's unnecessary. I've uploaded my reports but I'm still confused. What could be causing this and do I really need an operation?

My wife has been diagnosed with an intramural fibroid measuring 5.2x6.1x6.4 cm in the anterior myometrial wall at the fundus and body regions, indenting the endometrium, plus a small subserosal fibroid of 2x1.6 cm along the anterior wall at the fundus region. She needs a myomectomy and we have a United HealthVidal Health TPA corporate insurance policy since April 2016. Can you recommend the best doctor in Hyderabad who can perform this surgery and accepts our insurance?
To find the best doctor in Hyderabad for your wife's myomectomy, it's recommended to first confirm your United Health Vidal Health TPA corporate insurance policy network and then use their online doctor directory or call their customer service to locate a gynecologist within the network who performs myomectomies. You can also seek recommendations from friends, family, or your primary care physician in Hyderabad

So, I'm a little confused and worried because I did a pregnancy test and it showed a weak positive result. What does that actually mean? Why would it show up as weak positive instead of a clear result? Could there be something wrong, or is it just too early to tell? Would love some clarity on this.
Weak positive pregnancy test results typically indicate a low level of hCG hormone in the urine, which may be due to early pregnancy or a diluted urine sample. It is recommended to repeat the test with a concentrated urine sample in the morning for more accurate results. If you are indeed pregnant, please start taking folic acid supplements and consult with your obstetrician for further guidance on prenatal care.
