I've been having chest pain for 13 days now, and I'm really starting to get worried. My sugar levels are normal when fasting, and all my reports like ECG, lipid profile, and an echo have come back normal too. But the pain just won't go away. Should I be concerned, or is there something else I should be checking for?

I'm trying to understand what exactly grade 1 diastolic dysfunction means and what might have caused it. Should I be really worried about this? Could it lead to a heart attack or other heart disease down the road? My blood pressure is 13584 and my pulse is 93. I'm feeling pretty anxious about what all this could mean. Can you help clarify this for me? I've also attached my echo report for reference.

I'm worried because last night my blood pressure was at 15790, so I took Amlong 2.5, but it didn't seem to work by the morning. I ended up taking a Nebicard 5mg without consulting my doctor, and by the evening, my BP came down to 12979. I'm a bit anxious about whether Nebicard 5mg is safe for me to use in such situations. Should I try Amlong 5mg instead, or is sticking with Nebicard better? I'm really unsure what to do and would appreciate some advice.
Nebicard 5 mg is advised SOS basis , rest continue all the medications as advised by the cardiologist..

I've been feeling some movement on the left side of my chest, and I've already had an ECG and a 2D echo done. The ECG showed sinus tachycardia, probably because I was feeling anxious at that moment, along with right axis deviation and a borderline result. But the 2D echo came back normal. I'm also checking my heart rate often to see if it's palpitations, but it's normal, around 70-80. I'm not sure what's causing these movementscould it be gas or maybe something to do with nerve movements? What do you think?
It sounds like you are experiencing some discomfort in your left side chest area. Based on your ECG and 2D echo reports, it is good to know that your heart seems to be functioning normally.
