I've been having this chest pain on the right side near my shoulder for a couple of months now. I saw a doctor near my place, and he checked me out, saying there's nothing to worry about, but the pain is still bothering me. He gave me some medicine called UGESIC 20mg and suggested I get an HB test. What could this pain mean, and should I be doing something more or different?

I'm 41, unmarried, and I'm carrying quite a bit of extra weight108 kg with a height of 5 feet 7 inches. I've got asthma and I used to take Formoflo inhaler 250mg and Asthalin rotohaler 200mg regularly, even Montek AB for a bit. But since I haven't had symptoms for a while, I stopped. I saw a cardiologist because I had chest pain, and they suggested doing a TMT. I've also got GERD. So, my mind's been racing a bitshould I be worried about heart disease or fluid in my lungs? I'd really appreciate some guidance.

I'm having chest pain that's really concerning me. When I press the center of my chest with my finger, it hurts, and sometimes I feel pain on the left and right sides too, but other times there's no pain at all. Even when I cough, it's like the pain flares up in my chest. Lately, I've also been experiencing some back pain. I have had diabetes for the past 10 years and have been on Novamix 30 insulin. Could you suggest any medication or remedies for relief?

Is it normal for my husband's resting heart rate to be 84 bpm? His heartbeat usually rates around 90, and we recently had an ECG done that showed his resting heart rate is 84 bpm. Does this sound okay?
