I've been having this issue where every time I get sexual feelings, there's this white jelly-like stuff leaking from my penis, and I feel a burning sensation. It's not just down there but in my legs too, and my body feels hotter than usual. I had intercourse about 10 months ago, got an infection, and even though that got better after 5 months, these symptoms started showing up. The burning in my legs is really bad, and I can't figure out what's going on. I've seen a bunch of doctors, but nothing's worked. Can you help me understand what might be happening and what I should do about it?

Can doing masturbation every day lead to weak erections? Ive heard that excessive masturbation might have some side effects. Should I be worried if I'm experiencing this?
Excessive masturbation can lead to temporary weak erections, decreased libido, or desensitization, but it does not typically cause permanent damage; daily masturbation can lead to fatigue, decreased sensitivity, and potential negative impacts on relationships and daily life; other potential side effects of excessive masturbation include guilt, shame, anxiety, decreased focus, and neglect of responsibilities.

I'm dealing with a phimosis issue that I've had since birth. I'm trying to figure out the best way to handle this. Should I consider steroids or is surgery the better option? I'm based in Bangalore, so any local recommendations would be great too. What would you suggest?
Elevated SGOT (120) and SGPT (222) levels indicate liver stress, likely exacerbated by alcohol consumption. To reduce liver enzyme levels: Abstain from alcohol completely. Consider medications like: Silymarin (Livercare) to support liver health. Ursodeoxycholic acid (UDCA) to reduce liver inflammation. Consult a gastroenterologist or hepatologist for personalized guidance and monitoring.
