I've been having this issue where the foreskin of my penis tears during sex. It happens when I'm aroused and the foreskin folds back, resulting in itching and sometimes even bleeding. What could be causing this, and what should I do about it?

You cant remove it.if it is painful or unable to retract the foreskin, then that could be phymosis for which you have to visit your surgeon for appropriate management.

View allHow can you tell the difference between congenital phimosis and adult-onset phimosis? Also, does having phimosis mean someone is impotent? And is there a way to treat congenital phimosis without needing surgery, maybe using something like betamethasone cream?
Congenital phimosis is present from birth, where the foreskin cannot be retracted due to a tight opening, while phimosis in adults often develops due to scarring or infection. Phimosis is not considered impotence, as it primarily affects the foreskin's ability to retract, not erectile function. Betamethasone cream can be effective in mild cases of congenital phimosis by reducing inflammation and allowing easier retraction, but surgery may still be required for more severe cases.

My prostate PSA test result was 7 ng/ml and we're meeting the doctors this Saturday to discuss it. Can you give me an idea of what the surgery or operation might cost, including average hospital charges? Just trying to get a rough estimate to plan ahead.
