I've been having this issue where the foreskin of my penis tears during sex. It happens when I'm aroused and the foreskin folds back, resulting in itching and sometimes even bleeding. What could be causing this, and what should I do about it?

You cant remove it.if it is painful or unable to retract the foreskin, then that could be phymosis for which you have to visit your surgeon for appropriate management.

I'm someone who experiences quick erections and rapid release of sperm, but it's very watery. I'm curious about how I can improve my stamina for longer erections. What can I do about this?
You may be experiencing premature ejaculation and low sperm volume. For premature ejaculation, you can try using **Dapoxetine** tablets. For increasing stamina and achieving longer erections, you can consider taking Sildenafil tablets. To address the issue of watery semen, you can try Zinc supplements. Please consult with a healthcare provider before starting any new medication to ensure it is safe and appropriate for you.
