I've been having this issue where I start brushing my teeth, and it seems like my throat starts producing a lot of mucus. It's kind of making me feel like I'm going to vomit. Any idea what's causing this or how I might be able to stop it?

I've been dealing with this ear-blocking issue for the past few days. Every time I pull my ear down, I hear a sound like a "tup," and it seems like the blockage clears up, but then it just gets blocked again a few seconds later. What could be causing this, and should I be worried?
That could be ear effusion, practice valsalva manoeuvre u will feel relieved.
