I've been having this issue where my ears itch when I sleep, and it's happening almost every night. Today it got so bad I used a cotton swab to try and make it stop. Do you know what might be causing this itching in my ears?

I've been dealing with tonsillitis for a while nowit's really frustrating. The ENT specialist gave me Oratil 500, Rabemac, and Allegra, which worked at first. But now, the symptoms are back.
