I've been having this issue where my lips turn white when they get wet. It's been happening for about four months now. Every week, my lips peel off completely, and two days after the peeling, a white line forms between them. I've already seen a physician who gave me zevitlycored and meganeuron od plus tablets, but they didn't help. Then, I went to a dermatologist who recommended cinort gel and tacros cream. Those also didn't work, only giving me temporary relief. I even had a blood test done, and everything came back normal. I'm worried and unsure what to do next. Can you help?

View allI'm noticing that I have about 20 white hairs, and I'm really worried about it. Can you give me some advice on how to prevent more from appearing and what I should do to take care of my hair? What should I avoid doing to keep my hair healthy?
To address premature greying of hair, consider a holistic approach: maintain a balanced diet rich in vitamins B12, E, and minerals like copper, zinc, and iron; reduce stress through meditation, yoga, or deep breathing exercises; use gentle, sulfate-free shampoos; massage your scalp regularly; and consider Ayurvedic or natural remedies like amla, coconut oil, or henna, while avoiding excessive heat styling, harsh chemical treatments, and frequent dyeing.
