I've been having this issue where my stomach starts hurting right after meals, and I feel like I have to run to the bathroom with really loose stools. I tried taking Gut OK for like a week, but it didn't help at all. What could be going on here? Should I try something else or maybe get checked out?

Based on your symptoms, you may benefit from taking Imodium to help with your loose stools and stomach discomfort. Imodium is an over-the-counter medication that can help control diarrhea. However, it is important to consult with a healthcare professional before starting any new medication.

View allWhat does it mean if my liver size is normal but there's a mildly increased parenchymal echotexture? Should I be worried, and are there any steps I should take or treatments I should consider?
It's essential to address the underlying cause of your stomach bloating and backache. Consider the following steps: Consult a gastroenterologist to rule out conditions like IBS, SIBO, or gastroparesis. Undergo tests like endoscopy, colonoscopy, or breath tests to identify the underlying cause. Avoid trigger foods, follow a low-FODMAP diet, and consider probiotics to alleviate symptoms. Maintain good posture, exercise regularly, and consider physical therapy to address backache.

I'm experiencing something concerning when I eat. After meals, I tend to get heartburn, feel nauseous, and have gas issues. Could you tell me if it's safe to take bifilac and sodium bicarbonate capsules for this?
When you experience heartburn, vomiting, and gas problems after eating, it may indicate acid reflux or indigestion. Bifilac capsules can help in regulating your gut flora and sodium bicarbonate can help in neutralizing stomach acid. You can take Bifilac capsules (containing probiotics) one capsule twice a day after meals and Sodium Bicarbonate capsules (containing sodium bicarbonate) one capsule after meals as needed. Make sure to drink plenty of water and avoid trigger foods that worsen your symptoms.
