I've been having a lot of neck and back of the head pain lately, and it feels like there's discomfort in the nerve between them. Do you know why this might be happening and what I can do to make it better? Also, which type of doctor should I see for this kind of issue?

I've been dealing with some weird numbness in my left leg, specifically below the knee and above the foot. It all started after I was sitting for a while with my legs stretched out. My friend's been having this weird issue with her eyes flickering and randomly shutting for around 30 seconds, and its been going on for over 6 months.
