I've been having a lot of neck and back of the head pain lately, and it feels like there's discomfort in the nerve between them. Do you know why this might be happening and what I can do to make it better? Also, which type of doctor should I see for this kind of issue?

View allI've been dealing with some weird numbness in my left leg, specifically below the knee and above the foot. It all started after I was sitting for a while with my legs stretched out. I thought it was just the usual numbness from stretching and figured it would go away, but it's still there, and I can barely feel anything in that area. Is this something I should be worried about, or is there anything I can do to make it go away faster?
Tke some time rest your leg in supine position,it will settle,if its becoming worse, visit General Physician for appropriate management

I've noticed this strange numbness on the skin of my left kneecap in a small area about the size of a coin, and I can't remember injuring it recently. There's no pain, no issues with movement, and I'm not on any medication. I'm a bit puzzled about why it's happening. Could you shed some light on why the skin in that specific spot is numb?

She uses reading glasses but her prescription hasn't changed. The neuro psychiatrist we saw prescribed serta, etilaam, and arpizol for 10 days, but it hasn't really made any difference. What do you recommend we do next?
