I've been having this low-grade fever for about 10 days now, hovering between 99 and 100 degrees. I'm not noticing any other symptoms. What do you think might be causing this? Should I be worried?

Well it's because of the weather conditions there is viral fever going on everywhere...you can take paracetamol sos...you also need to drink water well so that you hydrate yourself well...apart from that eating foovis also important...you need rest also...if the fever doesn't subside after 5 days...please see a physician and get the routine blood tests done..

View allI'm really worried about some health issues I've been having lately. Over the past few weeks, I've lost weight pretty quickly, dropping from 81.2kg on January 1st to 73.3kg by January 26th. I've also been dealing with nerve pull pain in my chest. I've had tests done like ECG, Echo, CT scan, and X-ray, but nothing's been diagnosed. For a few days, I felt okay, but now I'm dealing with gas, chest pain, a cough, headaches, and the weight loss is still happening. I get tired really easily and had night sweats one night, plus I sometimes get palpitations. What could be causing these symptoms, and what should my next steps be?
do sputum test

I'm just wondering, how many Meftal Forte tablets can I take during COVID? My doctor suggested I take them twice daily for three days along with antibiotics and a PPI. He recommended Meftal Forte instead of Dolo 650, and I don't have any other symptoms except a fever. After those three days, is it okay to take Meftal Forte on an as-needed basis?
yes ,continue all the medications as advised..
