I've been having pain and irritation from a 3.9mm stone at the UV junction in my right kidney. Currently taking NERRI tab Uriliser and Dr Rakewag R18 medicines. Are these meds enough or do I need surgery to remove the stone?

I'm feeling really anxious about my upcoming inguinal scrotal surgery next week. I recently went to see a pulmonary specialist for some chest pain and heaviness, and they found severe restriction due to small airway obstruction during the spirometry test. The doctor mentioned it's normal, but I'm still worried. Can you help me understand if there's anything specific I should be doing or looking out for with these results before my surgery?

my dad is 80 but otherwise healthy - is laser surgery a good option for his prostate enlargement or are there risks we should know about at his age
Laser prostatectomy, especially holmium laser enucleation of the prostate (HoLEP) or photoselective vaporization of the prostate (PVP), can be a viable option for an 80-year-old healthy man with prostate enlargement. While risks exist, the benefits of improved urinary flow and reduced symptoms often outweigh them, especially when performed at a reputable facility according to RG Hospitals. However, it's crucial to have a thorough discussion with a urologist about potential complications, recovery time, and individual health factors.
