I've been having this pain on the left side of my abdomen for about two weeks now. Initially, a sonography showed a small prominence in my left renal pelvis, but then I had a CT scan and the results came back normal. A week after that, I started experiencing mild pain in my left bladder and testicles. The doctors treated me for a stone, but the pain in my testicles is still there. They ordered another sonography, and this time the report showed an extra renal pelvis. I'm just really confused and worried about what all this means. What should I do next?

The itchy rash around your wound could be a sign of an allergic reaction, infection, or skin irritation. Here are some possible causes:
Possible Causes
- Contact dermatitis: An allergic reaction to a substance, such as soap, lotion, or bandages, can cause a rash and itching.
- Infection: Bacterial, fungal, or viral infections can cause a rash, itching, and delayed wound healing.
- Eczema or atopic dermatitis: Pre-existing skin conditions can cause a rash and itching around the wound.
- Irritation from wound care products: Harsh chemicals or fragrances in wound care products can irritate the skin.
Recommendations
- Consult a doctor: Show your wound and rash to your doctor to determine the cause and best course of treatment.
- Keep the wound clean: Continue to clean the wound with mild soap and water.
- Apply a topical cream: Your doctor may prescribe a topical cream or ointment to reduce itching and inflammation.
- Avoid scratching: Scratching can further irritate the skin, delay wound healing, and increase the risk of infection.
When to Seek Immediate Attention
- Increased redness or swelling: If the rash or wound becomes increasingly red, swollen, or painful.
- Pus or discharge: If you notice pus or discharge from the wound.
- Fever: If you have a fever above 100.4F (38C).
- Worsening symptoms: If your symptoms worsen or don't improve with treatment.

View allI've been dealing with erectile dysfunction lately and I'm really worried about it. Can you offer any advice on what might be causing this, or suggest any potential treatments I could look into? It's been quite concerning and I just need some guidance on what steps to take next.
Erectile dysfunction (ED) can result from physical or psychological causes like stress, hormonal imbalances, diabetes, or lifestyle factors. Start by consulting a doctor for proper evaluation, as treatments like medications, counseling, or lifestyle changes can help improve your condition.

I've had this discomfort in the middle of my penis corona for quite a while, and it's really starting to bother me. It's not super painful, but it's irritating enough that I've had to change how I masturbate, and it's been swollen for a long time. I've also noticed that the pain tends to get a bit worse after each time I masturbate. I have had sex before, but that was quite some time ago, long before all this started. What could be going on here? Should I be worried about this swelling and irritation?
It sounds like you might have inflammation or irritation of the penis, potentially from overuse or unnoticed trauma. To help it heal, try reducing masturbation frequency, avoid tight grips, and keep the area clean and moisturized. If swelling or discomfort persists, please see a doctor to rule out infections or other concerns.
