I've been having this pain in my chest and neck. It's especially noticeable when I turn my head to the left or right. Could you recommend any medication that might help with this? I'm a bit concerned and not sure what to do.

I'm really worried about my husband. He's 33 and has been experiencing chest pain for the past three months, as well as dizziness, like he's about to fall down. He also has upper back pain. We've done full cardiac tests, checked sugar levels, blood pressure, urine tests, and even had an endoscopy, but everything came back normal. Despite that, he's still not feeling well. Every morning he wakes up dizzy and feels sleepy all the time. We've already seen cardiac and gastro specialists, but we still can't figure out what's wrong. Could you please advise which kind of doctor we should see next?

I'm not sure what's going on, but I've been feeling really dizzy whenever I'm sitting, standing, or even talking to someone. It's making it tough to do simple things. Plus, I can't seem to look at anything that rotates without feeling worse. I got a brain CT scan done, but it came back normal, and the meds I've tried, like Vertistar, Sturgeon, and Gravol, aren't doing anything for me. Im still struggling. Can you help me figure out what's happening?

I've been experiencing these weird sensations, like tingling or something crawling on my chest and abdomen. This all started after I injured my upper lower back and hip about 8 years ago during a stunt. Since then, I've had constant issues with pain in my lower and upper back, shoulders, and even my biceps. There's also numbness in my middle toe, and my shoulders make this clicking noise whenever I raise my arm. Plus, I've noticed that my lower back and hip areas have gotten darker. Oh, and I've got a hookworm infection too. I'm really concerned if this is more about a parasite issue or if it's related to my nerves. Its been going on for so long, and I'm just not sure whats happening. What could this possibly be?
