I've been having a really annoying dry cough lately and it's been keeping me up at night. I've tried drinking more fluids and using a humidifier, but it's not getting any better. Do you have any recommendations for a good cough syrup specifically for dry coughs? I'd love to know what might actually help soothe this!

View allI'm dealing with a really bad cold and sore throat, and I've just started feeling a bit of chest pain. I'm wondering if it's safe to inhale steam with Karvol Plus added, through my mouth. Do you think that could help, or should I be worried about any side effects?
It's not recommended to inhale Karvol Plus steam water directly through your mouth, as it may irritate your throat. Instead, inhale the steam through your nose, allowing it to gently soothe your congestion and sore throat. If you're experiencing chest pain, it's best to consult a doctor for a proper evaluation.

I'm a bit confused about the tablets I have at home. The doctor recommended I take D Rise 60k, but I found some Uprise D3 60k here. Are these the same thing, and is it okay if I take the Uprise D3 instead of buying new ones?
Yes both are same you can take either
