I've been having a really annoying dry cough lately and it's been keeping me up at night. I've tried drinking more fluids and using a humidifier, but it's not getting any better. Do you have any recommendations for a good cough syrup specifically for dry coughs? I'd love to know what might actually help soothe this!

I'm really worried because I've had body pain and a mild fever for the past three days. The doctor recommended I get some blood and urine tests done, and the results show pus cells at 25-30 WBCHPF and epithelial cells at 10-15. Could this be something serious, or is it more of a normal finding? What should I do next?
The presence of 25-30 WBCHPF (pus cells) and 10-15 epithelial cells suggests an infection or inflammation, likely in the urinary tract. It's important to follow up with your doctor to interpret the results and determine if you need treatment, such as antibiotics or further tests.
