I've been having a really bad cough and it's been keeping me up at night. It just won't stop when I try to sleep. What could be causing this continuous cough, and is there anything I can do to get some rest?

Ive been dealing with a really bad cough for the last three months and it's starting to worry me. I just got a chest x-ray and Im trying to understand what it means. Can you explain what "BL prominent vascular markings noted" means in simple terms? I'm really curious if this is something I should be concerned about.
That could be bronchitis,take adequate rest and consume balanced diet,visit physician for appropriate management

I've been having a hard time breathing, like it feels like it takes me forever to catch a proper breath. It's also really slow and difficult for me to eat my meals because of this. Do you have any idea what could be going on?
