I've been having a really bad cough and it's been keeping me up at night. It just won't stop when I try to sleep. What could be causing this continuous cough, and is there anything I can do to get some rest?

I'm really worried because I've been having Covid symptoms, like chest pain and breathing issues, but my RT-PCR tests always come back negative. I'm a bit worried as I recently got a PFT report back, and it mentioned something about Small Airway Obstruction. I've also been dealing with this chronic cough for a while now. I'm really struggling with a lot of symptoms like breathlessness, upper back pain, and severe chest pain. I've also been wheezing and have allergies to cold weather, dust, and changes in water. I'm feeling exhausted all the time. Walking and taking stairs are really tough, especially at night when I'm short of breath. My blood pressure seems to fluctuate a lot, and I've been having nightmares with unusual heart palpitations. I've only been using my inhaler during emergencies. Should I be using it regularly along with my GERD medication? I'm worried because these issues are affecting my life, and Im concerned about how it's impacting my 6-year-old daughter's mental health too. What would you recommend?

take inhalation for 1 month. then if you are still having problems of palpitations kindly consult a physician
